About me
Hello, I'm Sacha, welcome to my profile and I hope I can give you some information here, but please also take a look at www.betrue2utherapies.com or get in touch as I offer a free 30 min call to talk it all through.
I'm very passionate about this work having experienced hypnotherapy myself I have positive experiences of the changes it can bring and also some amazing feedback from clients on the changes it has bought for them.
I have worked with people in HR for over 20 years and community mental health before that and have seen how we tend to be the person getting in our own way. We have habits we want to stop, or habits we want to form, often you've tried and due to many things, lifestyle, time restrictions, lack of motivation and/or confidence stop from really achieving the goals you desire.
If this sound familiar - and believe me I know how it feels, having been there many a time myself - then this is where we can work together to make this change stick using hypnotherapy.
I work with you, to understand the change you wish to achieve, identify your goals and create a bespoke treatment plan to support you in achieving your goals.
Everyone is welcome and I have experience working with neurodiverse children and adults so please do let me know if you need additional accommodations and I'll work to your style and needs.
My working hours are: Monday - Wednesday 9am - 7pm, Friday 10am - 5pm and Saturdays 10am-3pm.

Member organisations
The National Hypnotherapy Society is a Learned Society whose primary purpose is the advancement of the knowledge of hypnotherapy and the fostering of professional hypnotherapy expertise through training, accreditation and continued professional development of their members. The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I offer a free 30 minute exploratory call to ask any questions and understand whether hypnosis could support you to achieve your goals.
Sessions are then charged depending on your recommended treatment plan starting at £60 for individual sessions, with a discount for block bookings.
