About me

Hello, I'm Sacha, welcome to my profile and I hope I can give you some information here, but please get in touch through the link on my profile as i'm happy to chat through any questions and talk to you about what I offer.

I love what I do, and I especially enjoy working with you to get the results you are hoping to achieve. I have experienced hypnotherapy myself for my arachnophobia, for weight loss and handling stressful situations so I know first hand what impact it can have.

I work in a number of areas within hypnotherapy, but have a specialist interest in working with neurodiverse clients, being neurodiverse myself and I can amend the experience to ensure it suits any particular needs you may have, so please reach out and let me know any adaptions or support you may need.

I work with you, to understand the change you wish to achieve, identify your goals and create a bespoke treatment plan to support you in achieving your goals. It can be hard to take the first step, but I will do all I can to ensure your experience is a positive and friendly one.

I offer face to face and remote hypnotherapy and we can discuss what would work best for you.

My working hours are: Monday - Wednesday 9am - 7pm, Friday 10am - 5pm and Saturdays 10am-3pm.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Sacha
