My name is Rubia and I am Rapid Transformational Therapist specialising in Root Cause Therapy, well-being and self-empowerment.
I offer a structured and tailored service for all of my clients with a view to foster self-empowerment, confidence building and promoting self-worth.
I offer mindful therapy sessions that delve into the root causes of existing trauma, and work with clients to identify these with a view to facilitate inner healing.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified Rapid Transformational Therapist with extensive experience in empowering clients from various demographics with the requisite skills and techniques to overcome personal and professional blockers. I specialise in Trauma, anxiety and depression.
I have several years of experience in facilitating youth development, volunteer empowerment and leading on community building projects and programmes.
