About me
I am a fully qualified Hypnotherapist and E.F.T.[Emotional Freedom Technique] practitioner. I work with people presenting many different kinds of issues, but specialise in Equine Sports and Equine Recreation Therapy.I also have worked with many people who want to improve their performance in their chosen sport at any level. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and pride myself on having had a very high success rate dealing with many different issues that brings a client to therapy. The other areas that I specialise in are Relationship and Sexual problems,Smoking Cessation and several different Weight Loss programmes, and IBS and Gastric problems.I have had a great success rate dealing with Sexual issues of any nature and find that I am working in that area more and achieving great results.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained with Chrysalis at Writtle college in Essex and qualified in May 2012. Since qualifying I have been on several courses through the Hypnotherapy Society and continue to do so regularly.I also qualified recently to become an E.F.T.[Emotional Freedom Technique] practitioner, and the qualification is recognised by AAMET. I am a professional member of The National Hypnotherapy Society and my membership number is RH00P0896.

The National Hypnotherapy Society is a Learned Society whose primary purpose is the advancement of the knowledge of hypnotherapy and the fostering of professional hypnotherapy expertise through training, accreditation and continued professional development of their members. The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
