About me

I’m lucky enough to live and work on the edge of the beautiful Ashdown Forest, where fresh air, plenty of trees as well as open spaces and a slower pace of life are never far away. It’s a setting that reminds me every day of the importance of looking after our wellbeing.

I’m a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, and I genuinely love what I do. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone realise they’re capable of so much more than they believed when they first walked through my door.

My approach is warm, relaxed and encouraging. We won’t spend endless hours picking over the past; instead, we’ll focus on where you want to be and the practical steps to help you get there. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, stress, panic attacks, low confidence, poor sleep, anger, exam stress, or simply feeling stuck, I'll help you understand how your brain works and support you in making positive, lasting changes.

I also work with people who want to improve their relationship with food or manage their weight in a healthier, more positive way. Together, we'll focus on building new habits and creating lasting change, rather than relying on willpower alone.

I believe therapy doesn't have to feel daunting. It can be interesting, empowering, and yes, there can even be a few laughs along the way. My aim is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported and hopeful about the future.

Training, qualifications & experience

I’m a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist trained by the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training (CPHT), one of the UK’s leading centres for hypnotherapy education. I hold both the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) - widely recognised as the gold standard in hypnotherapy qualifications - and the Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH).

I’m also a registered member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH). These memberships mean I work to strict professional standards, engage in regular supervision and continuing professional development, and remain committed to offering safe, effective, and evidence-based support.
