As a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, I provide comprehensive support online and in-person. If you are ready to achieve your weight management goals, quit smoking for good, conquer a specific phobia, or regain your true sense of self and confidence, I am here to help you move forward.
I can help you manage the often debilitating symptoms associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) - hypnotherapy is a proven tool for calming the nervous system and is recommended by the NHS in the NICE guideline for IBS management.
I am experienced in supporting women navigating the many symptoms associated with perimenopause and menopause. I can help you manage challenges such as insomnia, weight gain, low mood, mood swings, loss of confidence and low self-esteem.
My background as a registered nurse provides a unique foundation that enhances my work as a solution focused hypnotherapist and evidence-based practitioner. My clinical background allows me to deeply understand and support your physical and emotional wellbeing.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully qualified solution focused hypnotherapist, having gained my diploma with the award winning SFTA (solution focused training academy).
I am currently working towards gaining the following additional qualifications; hypnotherapy in practice diploma (HPD) with the National Council for Hypnotherapy and also the Advanced Diploma in solution focused hypnotherapy (AdvDipH) with SFTA.
I have completed postgraduate training in the solution focused hypnotic gastric band (SFHGB) technique.
I am a registered general nurse and independent prescriber, with over 30 yrs of clinical experience.
Member organisations
Each member of APHP has received thorough training in hypnosis and hypnotherapy, is competent and conscientious, and abides strictly by a code of ethics. There are four grades of membership: Licentiate (LAPHP), Registered Member (MAPHP), Accredited Member (MAPHP(acc.)) and Fellow (FAPHP), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy is a member organisation of UKCHO (an umbrella body for the hypnotherapy profession in the United Kingdom).

£72.00 - £300.00
Additional information
Telephone "discovery call" is 15 mins and free of charge.
All sessions are 50-60 minutes, including the initial consultation (excluding smoking cessation).
Pay as you go for single sessions is £80.
A reduction of 5% is applied to blocks of 4 or more sessions (£76 per session), and 10% is applied to blocks of 6 or more sessions (£72 per session).
Smoking cessation is approximately 2 hours and a one-off fee of £300.
All payments are paid up front and in full to secure bookings.
