About me

Hello, I’m Pippa Hancock, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Certified Advanced RTT® Practitioner.

I help people overcome anxiety, build confidence, break unwanted habits and make positive changes in their lives. My approach is tailored to you, using Clinical Hypnotherapy, RTT® and EMDR where appropriate.

Having worked in a demanding corporate environment myself, I understand how stress, anxiety and self-limiting beliefs can affect your wellbeing and everyday life.

What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy uses a relaxed, focused state to help you explore and change unhelpful thoughts, beliefs and behaviours. You remain aware and in control throughout.

What is RTT®?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) combines hypnosis with therapeutic techniques such as CBT and NLP to explore the underlying beliefs and experiences that may be contributing to an issue. The aim is to help you understand what is holding you back and develop more positive ways of thinking and responding.

I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, self-esteem, public speaking, fears and phobias, and unwanted habits.

Testimonials

'I came to Pippa at a particularly difficult time, dealing with acute claustrophobia, and her approach and support made a genuinely positive difference for me. She combines real expertise and professionalism with an extraordinary degree of kindness, empathy and genuine care for her clients and their outcomes.'

'After trying Pippa's sleep session, I was absolutely amazed at the incredible nights sleep I got. I had the most vivid dreams as well. I tried it the next night and had the same results. I can't say enough about how great a help she has been to me with what's been a difficult issue for years!!'

'I have been suffering with hay fever for over 20 years and due to my work being predominantly outside it was becoming some what of an inconvenience. In one session Pippa highlighted the root cause and through hypnotherapy cleared all the symptoms and I'm now enjoying, more than ever, working outside this summer. I was pleasantly surprised with the RTT approach as it's more of a two way conversation and not what you usually expect from our stereotypical understanding of hypnotherapy as you are completely aware and in control at all times. I can not recommend Pippa highly enough.'
