About me
I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH), an evidence-based approach that combines CBT with hypnosis to help people make practical, lasting changes.
I work with people who feel stuck in patterns of stress, overthinking, or an inability to switch off, often while still functioning well in their day-to-day life.
Rather than open-ended therapy, my approach is structured and focused on the future. We identify what is maintaining the problem, thinking patterns, behaviour, and the body’s stress response and work on each of these directly.
Hypnosis is used as a clinical tool to help embed change more effectively, particularly where patterns feel automatic or difficult to shift.
I also integrate coaching where appropriate, helping clients apply changes in real-world situations such as work, performance, and decision-making.
Common areas I work with include:
- Stress and burnout
- Career/work anxiety and overthinking
- Sports performance and focus
- Health-related anxiety
My aim is to help you understand what’s keeping the problem going and give you clear, practical ways to change it.
This is a focused, collaborative process aimed at helping you move forward as quickly as possible.

Additional information
I offer focused packages depending on the level of support required. A 4-session programme is designed to address a specific issue and build initial momentum. A 6-session programme is the most common option, allowing for deeper work and more consistent change. An 8-session programme is suited to more established or complex patterns where longer-term support is beneficial.
Further information
Sessions are 60 minutes and are typically delivered as part of a short, structured course of work rather than as one-off appointments.
Most clients work with me over 4–8 sessions depending on the issue and the level of change they are looking to make. This is discussed and agreed together following an initial consultation.
A free 20-minute consultation is available to understand your situation and determine the most appropriate approach.
