Paul Barratt - 2b@1 Hypnotherapy
About me
Hello my name is Paul Barratt. I'm a qualified Hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner and use a combination of hypnosis, NLP and many other proven techniques when successfully treating clients. I offer face to face and on line appointments via Skype.
I'm a volunteer for Star Throwers, the cancer charity based in Wymondham and I also run regular meditation & mindfulness classes.
I specialise in treating people with anxiety-related disorders but also see many clients for issues that include addictions and compulsions, lack of confidence and self-esteem, weight control, smoking and other issues that affect our everyday lives.
My friendly practice is located in a quiet location in Wymondham, Norfolk.
I strongly believe that we all have the resources within to overcome issues and achieve our goals but perhaps on occasions need a little assistance to help us find them.
I offer a free 30 minute no-obligation consultation that gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have before deciding to proceed with hypnotherapy. I offer face to face or on line Skype appointments. Please see my website for further pricing information.
