Holistic, Havening & Hypnotherapy with Patti Hudspeth
I have over 30 years working in Holistic Health Care, helping people achieve their goals and make changes in their lives.
I taught Reiki for 25 years, teaching hundreds of students, and have qualifications in a number of complementary therapies, including a Diploma in Hypnosis and am a Certified Practitioner in Havening.
Most people’s experience of Hypnosis is watching it on television where highly ‘suggestable’ people are selected to do very strange things, this is not Hypnotherapy.
Hypnotherapy can help you make the changes you want quickly, safely, peacefully, where you are in charge of your outcomes. I can work content free so only you know the issue, it’s up to you, with support of course.
We can choose the most appropriate therapy for you or mix them from a wide variety, Hypnotherapy, Havening, Psy-TaP, Kinetic Shift, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), TFT (Thought Field Therapy).
These Therapies all work quickly within one or two sessions, not weeks or months and can work on very complex or more simple issues. Simple issues can still make your life difficult or stressful. I had a dreadful fear of travelling over bridges, this was resolved in one session before I drove from Nottingham to Scotland, not an easy drive without crossing a bridge!
Areas of specialism, Allergies & Intolerances, Anxiety, Fear, Depression, Post Traumatic Stress. Bereavement, Grief, Low Self Esteem and Confidence, Relaxation Techniques, Addiction, Phobia, Panic Attacks, Cervical Dystonia, Pain Management, Interview and Exam Nerves.
PTS doesn’t just affect members of the forces or civilian emergency workers, it can affect people like me and you! Sometimes we therapists think we know how to guard against these issues but we are never too old to be challenged!
