About me

My name is Nicky a Registered clinical hypnotherapist with a range of supporting therapy qualifications and experience including becoming a certificated menopause coach registered with the NCH, GHR, ACCPH & CNHC.

Delivering hypnotherapy using evidenced based techniques and talking therapy to support your journey to identify and achieve your goals as well as focus your mindset. Working together to remove invisible barriers created by the course of life’s changes and events, aligning mind and body for optimum wellbeing.

Specialising in perimenopause and menopause. Although some of these changes are inevitable and part of life’s journey, they can cause disruption to your family, social, romantic and professional life. For some, quality of life can be affected by so many physical, emotional and hormonal changes, with symptoms you might not even be aware may be due to perimenopause/menopause.

The comment I hear most from clients “I don’t know who I am anymore!”

We will work together to develop strategies for symptoms and mindset to create positivity to look at this time in our lives as an opportunity for renewal and personal growth.

Whether you are looking to just talk through a current issue/situation in your life or have a very specific goal in mind, we will discuss the most appropriate treatment plan to meet your needs.

I always work in a holistic person centred approach, as we know one size does not fit all!!
