About me
I'm Nick and I am a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist (Dip CBH) and can help you find a more positive, creative and focussed way of being.
Using evidence based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to get to the root of problems and hypnosis to implement new, positive alternatives, every client's journey is important to me and I work alongside you to achieve your goals, supporting you throughout the process.
You will learn new tools to use in everyday life, how to focus on the things which are important to you and let go of destructive thoughts and behaviours negatively impacting your life in order to achieve success and happiness in life. There is no 'magic' to this and you will find it a very natural, relaxing, common sense approach.
Many clients prefer my online sessions, participating from the comfort of their own home and I find this extremely effective for relaxation techniques. I can also provide face to face appointments if required.
Occasionally I provide group relaxation sessions.
