About me
I am pleased to offer Client Centred Hypnotherapy incorporating NLP and EFT techniques to sensitively assist my clients overcome a broad range of issues.
I specialise in weight management, stress, anxiety & depression, quitting smoking and alcohol issues. As well as Driving/test fears and helping improve performance at work or in a specific sport.
Hypnotherapy can enable you to permanently overcome the following -
Weight Issues and eating disorders, quitting smoking, anxiety/depression, fears/phobias, confidence/self-esteem issues, habits/addictions, pain management, issues with sport or workplace performance, promote a calm and natural Childbirth, and sleep issues.
My therapy is tailored to each clients individual needs, delivered sensitively, care and total confidentiality.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am fully qualified in clinical hypnosis and have attained a diploma from HSoH in hypnotherapy and NLP.
I have also attended more specific training in the field of smoking cessation, pain management, weight management including the Hypno-Gastric band and parts therapy.
I am trained in Reiki to level three master level and I hold a qualification in Energy Healing also.
I have been helping people to live their best possible life for over three years.
I hold full insurance, complete all necessary CPD and am registered with the GHR, CRSST and CNHC.
Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
