About me
Are you accidentally hypnotizing yourself?
If you struggle with anxiety, stress, or chronic worry, you might be practicing a form of "Negative Self-Hypnosis" without realizing it. Every time you vividly imagine a worst-case scenario or replay a mistake in your mind, you are using your imagination to evoke a physical response.
My job is to help you flip that skill.
I am a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist (CBH). I treat hypnosis as a skill that can be learned. I combine the problem-solving structure of CBT with the transformative power of hypnotherapy to help you feel calm, confident, and in control.
A Collaborative & Practical Approach My sessions are active. We don't just talk about the problem; we build a toolkit to solve it. Together, I will teach you how to:
De-hypnotize your fear response using relaxation cues and mindfulness.
Rewrite old thought patterns using evidence-based suggestion.
Self-regulate your nervous system in high-pressure situations.
I offer a free, no-pressure 15-minute chat (via phone or Zoom) to see if we are a good fit. Use the button below to reach out, and we can get started.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a level 5 Higher Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy from renowned UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy (UKCHH) under Principal Mark R. Davis.
This program is one of the few focused entirely on Evidence-Based practice. My training was shaped by an advisory board that included Dr. Donald Meichenbaum - one of the founders of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and voted one of the most influential psychotherapists of the 20th century.
I am a member of the NCIP [REG. Number 362620] and follow their code of ethics.
Outside of my private practice, I also volunteer with a bereavement charity, providing 1-1 support to bereaved people.

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. What to Expect: Real Change & Resilience. Therapy with me is a collaborative team effort. We build resilience and new coping skills together. You will learn:
Self-Awareness: We explore your thoughts, feelings, and actions to really understand the root of the challenges you are facing.
Skills Training: You will learn practical tools which could include how to do Self-Hypnosis
Mindfulness: You will learn how to step back from anxious thoughts rather than getting hooked by them.
Exposure: We will work together to gradually face what you fear while staying calm and in control.
Future-Proofing Your Progress: We finish with Relapse Prevention. You will leave with a clear "Post-Therapy Plan," understanding exactly how to transfer your new skills to future challenges so you can become your own therapist.
Most clients typically see significant shifts in 6–10 sessions, though some specific phobias can be treated faster.
