About me

I'm a qualified, Registered Clinical Hypnotherapist with private practices in three fantastic locations.

I use hypnosis to help people from all walks of life, professional backgrounds and ages, quickly and successfully overcome issues like weight and anxiety disorders, stress, low self-esteem, phobias and anger. I specialise in performance anxiety in business, sport and the performing arts.

Experienced in supporting clients presenting with the range of anxiety disorders recognised by the NHS and DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition), I also have experience in clinical performance psychology and use hypnosis to help athletes and performing artists acquire psychological, cognitive, behavioural and affective qualities to enhance their athletic and performance capabilities.

My approach is straightforward: whilst respecting and using traditional methods, I also tailor the best of a variety of very modern techniques to suit your individual needs and help you to take full control over your thoughts, feelings and behaviours so that you can finally live the happy and fulfilling life you deserve.

You can visit me at any of my three practices below. Why not kick-start the process now and call me for a free of charge and no obligation informal consultation, during which we can decide if hypnotherapy could work for you. I'll be happy to answer any questions and I'll explain exactly what hypnosis and hypnotherapy are, how the process works and what happens on both a physiological and a psychological level.
