About me

Is there something in life which is preventing you from reaching your full potential? Are you feeling overwhelmed or unable to cope with a situation, which is affecting your happiness? I am a caring and friendly hypnotherapist with a passion for helping you to create lasting and positive change, so that you can live your best life!

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a Cert Hyp CS qualification in Hypnotherapy and Counselling skills, am accredited with the National Hypnotherapy Society and have many years experience of working with and helping people with personal issues and difficult situations.

In addition to my Hypnotherapy certification, I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mental Health Awareness, Suicide First Aid and hold a Diploma in EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique.

In order to broaden my knowledge and keep it up to date, I make a commitment to a wide range of CPD, on a regular basis.

I am a specifically trained volunteer for a charitable organisation, supporting people who are in crisis with their own mental health.

In addition to this and very importantly in my view, I have a wealth of personal life experience, which enables me to have a genuine understanding of many of the issues I can help with.

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

The initial consultation session lasts for 1.5 hours and costs £75. This includes a hypnosis recording which will be tailored to you.

Further sessions are charged at £65 each and last approximately 50 minutes.

Different charges apply for smoking cessation and details for this are available upon request.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

Wheelchair user access Unspecified

If it would be helpful for you, I am able to consider travelling to you for sessions in your own home.

I am available evenings and weekends.
