About me
Are you feeling held back, overwhelmed, or simply not yourself lately? Sometimes life piles up in a way that leaves us anxious, stuck, or struggling to cope, even when we’re doing our best. You don’t have to navigate that alone.
I’m a friendly, supportive Clinical Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist based in Buckinghamshire, working both online and in person. My approach is calm, compassionate and completely centered around you. I believe real change happens when you feel safe, understood and gently guided at a pace that feels right.
I use hypnotherapy alongside a range of other therapeutic techniques, such as counselling, NLP and solution-focused approaches, blending them as needed so your sessions feel truly tailored to your individual needs. No two people are the same, so your therapy shouldn’t be either.
I can help with a wide range of emotional and behavioural challenges, particularly those linked to stress, anxiety, overthinking, panic and low mood. Whether you’re trying to break an unhelpful pattern, steady your nervous system, rebuild confidence or simply find more balance, our work together will focus on creating lasting, positive change so you can move forward feeling lighter, calmer, and more in control.
If you’re ready to take the next step towards feeling better, I’m here to support you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Cert Hyp CS qualification in Hypnotherapy and Counselling skills, and am accredited with both the National Hypnotherapy Society and the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council. I have many years experience of working with and helping people with personal issues and difficult situations.
In addition to my hypnotherapy certification, I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mental Health Awareness, Suicide First Aid and hold a Diploma in EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique.
In order to broaden my knowledge and keep it up to date, I make a commitment to a wide range of CPD, on a regular basis.
I am a specifically trained volunteer for a charitable organisation, supporting people who are in crisis with their own mental health.
In addition to this and very importantly, I have a good deal of life experiences, which enable me to have a genuine understanding of many of the issues I can help with.

Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC). Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level. All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
The National Hypnotherapy Society is a Learned Society whose primary purpose is the advancement of the knowledge of hypnotherapy and the fostering of professional hypnotherapy expertise through training, accreditation and continued professional development of their members. The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
