About me
I work predominantly with eating issues, menopause, phobias, anxiety, sleep disorders, and helping to instil life-enhancing habits. I am passionate about helping people to live their lives to the fullest and gain the skills and confidence to overcome difficulties. I can work with you in person in my clinic near Wantage, or via Zoom.
