About me
I'm a hypno-psychotherapist offering personalised therapy to help people navigate challenges such as anxiety, stress, low confidence, phobias, unwanted habits, and emotional difficulties.
My approach combines psychotherapy with clinical hypnosis in a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment. Together, we'll explore the patterns, thoughts, emotions, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck, while developing practical strategies for meaningful and lasting change.
Many people are curious about hypnosis and wonder what to expect. Hypnotherapy is not mind control, and it isn't a miracle cure. You remain aware and in control throughout the process. Rather than "fixing" problems overnight, hypno-psychotherapy works by helping you access your inner resources, gain new perspectives, and create positive changes at a pace that feels right for you.
Every person is different, which is why I tailor sessions to your individual needs and goals. Whether you're looking to reduce anxiety, overcome a specific fear, break an unhelpful habit, improve self-esteem, or simply feel more at ease in your daily life, we'll work collaboratively to find an approach that supports you.
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, but you don't have to face things alone. If you're ready to explore how hypno-psychotherapy could help, I'd be happy to hear from you.
