About me

My website will show you testimonials from one to one clients and group workshop testimonials from  South Kent Mind and Touchbase Care in Folkestone. I feel passionately that we can let go of mistaken beliefs or unwanted habits by entering a deep relaxation called hypnosis so that you can focus the subconscious on changes that you wish to make.  Using suggestions and metaphors, rewind techniques and  future pacing, to help you realise when the unwanted habit started and positive suggestions for you to focus on and use to let these unwanted habits go.  My office is at Physios R Us in Folkestone and  hand sanitizer is available on entering.  I maintain a 2 metre distance and your chair is cleaned previous to your arrival.  I will follow all government advice regarding keeping us both safe.

My one to one sessions are £50.00 per single session. I do offer hardship discount and also student discount but we can discuss that in our no obligation telephone or email chat.  I can also offer packages if we feel the situation would benefit from more than three sessions. Each client receives a short audio to listen too of the key points that were given under hypnosis and this can be played back as many times as you like.  If a client wishes to have one session and a full audio of the session content an extra £10.00 is then chargedthen the total is £60.00.
