About me

My website gives testimonials from my one to one clients and group workshop testimonials from South Kent Mind and Touch-base Care in Folkestone.

Hypnotherapy is a very relaxed state, you will not be asleep or unconscious but relaxed enough to focus on the suggestions I use which will have been created for you personally.  You decide if you would  like to let go of old unwanted habits maybe mistaken beliefs and implement new habits.  There are many techniques within hypnotherapy such as  Milton Erickson, direct suggestion, story telling, regression, timeline, releasing and letting go....I like to use a combination as to what suits the individual client.  Each session with you uses different techniques.    My office is at Physios R Us in Folkestone I have a very large airy office and we  follow all government advice keeping us both safe. I offer full online zoom sessions, this has been very popular (I can give you a no obligation 15 minutes to see if it suits you)?  After each session an audio will be offered to you via email or whats app this can be very useful for some clients but its not necessary, each session is powerful and the fact you have given yourself the time to book in with me, you have already sent a message to your mind  that this is a change you wish to make.

Additional information

My face to face sessions are £45.00 per single session. I do offer hardship discount and also student discount but we can discuss that in our no obligation telephone or email chat.  My Zoom sessions are £35.00 and last the hour. Im very happy to give a free Zoom session for 15 minutes to see how it suits you.  It has worked very well for many,  Sitting in a comfortable chair and head phones on (if thats preferable)  Headphones can be a handy tool then noone in  your home  can hear my voice in your room.  I have a client and even her cat seems to like the relaxation!
