About me

I’m a Therapist, Kinesiologist, and registered Naturopath (ND), specialising in a whole-person approach to health and wellbeing. My therapy work draws on a wide range of approaches, including NLP, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, timelines, regression, parts therapy, core transformation, wholeness work, inner child hypnosis and coaching, to facilitate deep and lasting change.

Alongside this, I have specialist practitioner training in HypnoMenopause®, HypnoIBS®, Somasense®, and Phobia Fix®, as well as additional certifications in hypnotherapy for chronic pain, inner child work, grief, and eating disorders. I often weave together these tools and create my own scripts, to best suit each individual client.

The areas I most often support include:

  • Mindset & emotions: limiting beliefs, confidence, trauma, and challenging relationships
  • Digestive health: IBS, disordered eating, and gut-related concerns
  • Chronic conditions: easing autoimmune symptoms, managing chronic pain, and navigating menopause

For some, positive change can occur in just a single session, though I typically recommend three to six sessions for lasting results. I also offer ongoing wellbeing coaching to provide continued support and integration.

In addition, I am trained in professional and life coaching, trauma-focused therapies, including Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) and Metapsychology Coaching. I use these tools to help clients resolve deep-rooted issues with compassion and clarity.

My practice also integrates naturopathy (traditional medicine, nutrition, herbal medicine, homotoxicology, and SIBO Doctor approaches) and kinesiology (including retained primary reflexes), offering a truly holistic experience.

Away from my work, I’m an ambivert, keen gardener, cook, and cat lover. I’m also a strong advocate of seasonal, local, and organic eating, believing that the way we live and the food we choose can deeply influence our vitality.
