I am a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and  I combine hypnosis, psychotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques to help you manage anxiety, depression, sleep issues, pain, phobias, and much more, and I can also work with you to enhance performance in sport, business or education.
