About me
Hi I’m Laura and am a qualified clinical hypnotherapist, regression therapist and advanced past life regression therapist.
Rapport, ability to connect and put you at ease enabling you to relax and enjoy your hypnosis sessions are at the heart of my practice. I work intuitively in the art of hypnosis, guiding you gently to help find root causes of issues, cope with and help to manage stress, give agreed suggestions for positive change to break habits or bring about beneficial changes for you. Just as one size rarely fits all, one hypnosis script certainly doesn’t fit all. My hypnosis sessions are client centred and bespoke because we are all individuals after all. Please see some of my client reviews in the photos below.
Hypnosis can be beneficial for a whole range of issues including stress management, menopause symptoms, weight loss and control, smoking cessation, fertility support, cancer treatment support, divorce support, confidence building, exam stress, overcoming driving test nerves, anxiety … the list is endless.
Additional Masterclass CPD training in Menopause, supporting fertility, The Fertile Mind, The Fertile Body Method and Hypno-coaching Fertility, Hypno-Analysis, Weight Control, Confidence, Hypno-Oncology Cancer Support, Regression and Advanced Past Life Regression, Working with Dreams and Symbolic Modelling - just some of my areas of specialism.
Training, qualifications & experience
I started my career as a qualified primary teacher, undertook further training at Masters level to become an Arts for Health and Wellbeing Consultant working on groundbreaking projects for NHS, education authorities, local hospices, community groups and private clients. I met with researchers from NEF London who worked on The Five Ways to Wellbeing and was interviewed by NICE (National Institute for Clinical Excellence) as lead in an amazing award winning project raising awareness of cancer with minority groups who did not usually participate in screening tests. All of this rich experience and knowledge helps my practice as a clinical hypnotherapist.
I love communicating with others and being part of well-being journeys. My aim is to help to facilitate positive changes for each of my clients.

Member organisations
The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
