About me
Hi, I'm Kerry!
I work with people who are struggling with a mental or physical issue that means that life can feel like a daily battle.
I help them to understand how their brain works so that they can take back control from negative thoughts or behaviour patterns, enabling them to reduce stress and anxiety, boost their resilience and create long lasting positive changes in their lives.
As someone who has experienced the challenges of being a military wife, family bereavement and post-natal depression, I know the value that the solution focused model brings, creating a positive mindset that helps us to cope with and adapt to change and to be the best version of ourselves, whatever life has in store.
Solution focused hypnotherapy is effective at helping with:
- Anxiety
- Overwhelm
- Stress
- Depression
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
- Low Confidence and Self Esteem
- Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
- Fears and Phobias
- Sleep Problems
- Chronic Pain
- Quitting smoking
I also particularly enjoy supporting new and expectant parents to prioritise their mental wellbeing, helping to create a calm pregnancy and birth experience, and supporting people through into resilient parenting. To support people in these areas I also help with:
- Fertility Issues
- Hypnobirthing
- Perinatal mental health issues
- Postnatal depression
- Parental overwhelm and burnout
I am passionate about helping my clients to minimise anxiety and overwhelm and boost confidence and self-esteem, for both themselves and for their families.

Client Success Story ...
"I felt that I needed a more positive approach to helping me with my anxieties which had become overwhelming. I’ve heard Kerry speak before and explain the benefits of solution focussed hypnotherapy and how the brain works and I felt this would be beneficial for me to try.
Kerry’s practice room was a calm space and I felt safe. I liked the way the sessions were structured and the different areas we focussed on each week, which were tailored to what would be the most beneficial ‘tools’ for me.
I have learnt a lot about the brain generally and how it works, this is in turn meant I understood my brain and the way I function which has been really enlightening. I liked the fact the sessions had visual elements with diagrams as I can now picture which ones I need to draw on when I find myself in certain situations. The questions Kerry asked each week, really made my brain reframe my thinking and challenged me and it now helps me to get to these thoughts more quickly than I did.
Kerry is a wonderful person to work with, encouraging and always calm, with lots of knowledge. My confidence and positivity has grown and I now have tools to help me when I’m faced with harder situations. Thank you so much Kerry."

Hypnotherapy for Anxiety and Nausea
“I was suddenly experiencing a hike in my anxiety levels which would make me feel nauseous all of the time and hinder my ability to do much or attend much without feeling awkward or uncomfortable. I chose hypnotherapy because I was struggling to know what else to do.
Working with Kerry has been easy and comforting. She’s welcoming, approachable, and easy to talk to. It was great to have the option of online session on Zoom, they were really helpful in the instances a face-face session wasn’t possible.
I found the scientific explanations inparticular really useful in helping to understand why certain physical responses were taking shape in the way that they were. I always felt very calm after a session which meant I slept well!
If you’re thinking of trying hypnotherapy I say, give it a go! Attend an introduction with Kerry to discuss how it might help you and see if it resonates.”

Hypnobirthing and Birth Trauma
"Couldn't recommend Kerry enough! After a not so straight forward first birth, I was incredibly anxious and quite scared about my second.
I worked with Kerry during the lead up to my daughter’s arrival and was able to put Kerry's practical teachings into practice to help me to remain calm and clear headed throughout (even when things didn't go to plan again!)
I am so grateful to Kerry for helping me and for providing me with the tools to manage better this time around and for helping me to have the positive birth experience I had missed out on the first time around!"
