I work with people who are experiencing an emotional or physical issue which is holding them back or who are struggling to cope with life’s challenges and adapting to change. Often they have tried other approaches to move forward but ultimately they still feel unhappy or stuck. People just like you.
Regardless of what brings people to see us they all have one thing in common:
- They are motivated to get better, cope better or be better
- They are ready to get their lives on track
- They are inspired to change
And that is what I am passionate about and skilled at helping people to do!
As an ex-military wife, I understand how isolating it can feel when you’re dealing with life’s expected and unexpected challenges, and I know the value that a solution focused approach can bring to the various life challenges that we can all face.
In addition to the many different issues that the solution focused approach is effective at helping my personal passion is helping people with: anxiety, overwhelm, post-natal depression, low confidence and self-esteem, workplace stress and business success.

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
I offer a FREE Initial Consultation to help me better understand how I can help you. Hypnotherapy sessions after that can be paid for as you go at £80 a session, or most of my client opt for the savings that come with purchasing a package of 6 sessions for £400.
"I would recommend hypnotherapy and Kerry to anyone who asked me. Working with Kerry and hypnotherapy has had such a positive effect on my life and has allowed me to build some really good practical routines into my life. I initially sought hypnotherapy to add some extra self-care exercises and routines into my life, but it has influenced so much more than this. It has influenced the way I organise myself, the way I help organise others and the way I communicate and advise other people at work and at home."
"Before starting my hypnotherapy sessions with Kerry, I was struggling with stress due to going through a difficult divorce and I was having trouble with my sleep pattern. I was unable to unwind and relax at the end of the day so decided to give hypnotherapy a try to improve my quality of sleep and to deal with my stress levels more effectively.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy has definitely helped me to balance my emotional wellbeing, so for anyone who is looking for the same I would absolutely recommend this service. Kerry is professional and so easy to talk to and explains the methods she uses very well - no jargon!”
"I was feeling tired and often overwhelmed by day-to-day life and as a result felt I was unable to be the parent I wanted to be. I was struggling to exercise as much as I wanted to and was eating unhealthy foods. It was then that I decided to book in for some solution focused hypnotherapy sessions with Kerry.
I would really encourage anyone who is curious to give solution focused hypnotherapy a try. Through my sessions with Kerry I’ve been able to understand more about how hypnotherapy works and I can see how it could support a huge range of people.
Kerry has a warm and gentle approach and I feel safe in her hands. She is excellent at explaining how hypnotherapy works and how the brain works more generally. I’ve also been able to use the knowledge Kerry has given me to support my son during lockdown. It’s made a big difference to how he sees his emotions (and therefore himself).”
