About me

My name is Kerry and I am a qualified Hypnotherapist based in the Midlands on the Northamptonshire /Leicestershire border, just outside of Market Harborough.

I am passionate about helping others to fulfil their potential enabling them to feel happy, confident and enjoy life. I will work with you to free you from negative thinking patterns, unwanted beliefs and behaviours that hold you back.

I help my clients overcome a wide range of challenges in their lives, enabling them to make the changes they want to make. My wish is to empower you to live the life you really want.

Are you feeling stressed or battling anxiety?

Would you like to be more confident and increase your self-esteem?

Is losing weight a constant struggle for you?

Do you want to quit smoking for good?

Are you stuck in a spiral of negative thinking?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then I can help you. Hypnotherapy can change our thought processes regarding unwanted habits. It can also help to restore calm and balance.

I have had many varied life experiences and have faced my own challenges both mentally and physically. Years of anxiety led to the diagnosis of a chronic health condition. These challenges provided me with the gift of discovering the powerful tools of hypnosis and meditation, which completely transformed my life. One of the things that helped me the most in my recovery was the understanding of how our brain works and the power of the mind. Your mind is so incredibly powerful, the key is to know how to achieve your potential.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a BA (Hons) in Criminology and a UK approved qualification to practice hypnotherapy (with practising insurance). Through my qualifications I am a member of  the National Hypnotherapy Society. As part of my ongoing professional development I am required to have regular supervision.
