About me

Hi, I’m Kelly.

If you’re a parent feeling anxious, stressed, overwhelmed or burnt out you’re not alone. I’m a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist in Fareham, Hampshire, supporting parents to regain balance and feel more in control.

Parenting can bring so much joy, but it can also feel exhausting. Daily pressures can leave you running on empty, affecting how you see yourself, your relationships and your ability to enjoy the moments that matter most.

Alongside my own experience of parental burnout and anxiety, I also bring extensive professional experience supporting parents and carers. This combination allows me to offer compassionate, practical guidance that helps  support you to navigate daily challenges with greater confidence and ease.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy provides a safe, supportive space to regain calm and clarity. Together, we take small, practical steps to reduce anxiety, ease overwhelm and create lasting positive change.

If this feels familiar, please feel welcome to reach out for a friendly, informal chat about how I can support you.

Training, qualifications & experience

Diploma in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH)

BA (Hons) Psychology and PGDip.

Accredited Training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Over 16 years, I have worked with parents, carers, and young people in NHS, local authority, and charity roles, delivering diverse psycho-social interventions, including mental health and substance misuse support.

Alongside my private practice I currently work within the local authority’s Adults Health and Care team. I work closely with individuals and their carers to identify needs, provide guidance and ensure they receive the support required to live fulfilling, safe, and meaningful lives.
