About me

I’m a registered Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist helping you manage stress and anxiety, so you can feel more calm, confident and able to show up for those you love and have a more fulfilling life.

If you have low self-confidence, feel anxious, tense or are someone who struggles with unwanted habits. Perhaps certain situations make you feel nervous or you struggle to assert yourself. I’m here to help you.

My focus is on helping you be more aware of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours and learn coping strategies such as hypnosis, mindfulness and relaxation so that you feel more in control of your inner experience.

My integrative therapeutic approach is effective and leads to sustainable changes in a matter of weeks.

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

Stress, Anxiety and Insomnia - Reduce the worry, review what truly matters, and learn to manage anxiety for a more fulfilling life and rejuvenating sleep.

Confidence and Performance - Move past self-doubt and step into your full potential, whether at work or in your personal life.

Navigating Change - Support through life transitions, burnout recovery, relationship challenges, redundancy and personal growth.

Workplace Challenges - Find your balance with overwhelm, imposter syndrome, work-life boundaries, and difficult team dynamics.

Weight Management - Transform your relationship with food, replacing self-criticism with genuine self-care, including support for those transitioning from GLP-1 medications.

Fears, Habits, and Phobias - Face what's holding you back with a whole new perspective and practical tools for lasting change.

Overthinking and Decision-Making - Break the continuous mind-loops of worry by mastering tools and strategies that help you move toward clarity and decisive action without harsh self-judgment.

Further information

I'm a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist having studied for over 20 years to bring together therapy, yoga, and mind-body philosophy to help people get unstuck and move forward with their goals.

Before becoming a full time therapist, I spent years leading teams and coaching individuals in the business world. I understand the pressure of juggling too much, the weight of difficult relationships, the exhaustion of destructive patterns, and what it feels like when life moves at a relentless pace. I've lived it.

I create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard. We work together to create practical, sustainable changes. You'll learn to notice when your inner voice becomes critical, and discover how to replace that harsh commentary with something more supportive - not positive thinking or pretending, but treating yourself with real care and understanding.

It's a collaborative process, a team of two working toward your goals. My repeat clients and referrals to their loved ones tell me this approach works.

If you're stuck in patterns that are holding you back, let's talk.
