About me

I specialise in solution-focused hypnotherapy, supporting Adults and Children to reduce stress, manage anxiety, and lift low mood, with a background in neurodiversity and learning differences I also work to help with the complexities of managing a world that is not necessarily inclusive for all.

I offer therapy online and in person in Bristol & North Somerset, and run weekly midweek relaxation sessions to help you reset, recharge, and improve sleep.

For businesses, I provide workshops and one-to-one therapy, supporting teams to reduce workplace stress, boost motivation, and create a healthier, more inclusive environment. My tailored approach makes meaningful change achievable.

I am also a qualified Solution Focused Supervisor, supporting Solution focused hypnotherapists with best practice, to ensure the highest quality of care.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained with CPHT and qualified with an HPD & DSFH in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and psychotherapy and I'm a Supervisor, I'm also qualified as an NLP Master Practitioner, and have qualifications in social care.

Along side my practice, I professionally speak at conferences and on podcasts for businesses and organisations, I host my own podcasts, am a co-host on a Sunday morning breakfast radio show and I work part time for an Advocacy charity as a peer support development officer, supporting adults with a Learning disability and/or Autism to have a voice.

I've also worked within a Waldorf SEND school, working with children with complex behaviour.
