“I approached Helen with my fear of dentists, from the start Helen showed empathy, professionalism & understanding.
After each session I had with Helen, I felt relaxed & in control, Helen has taught me that I am in control.....my fear is not, my total mindset has changed.
I look forward to my sessions, it's like going to see friend.
Helen.... You are amazing, I can't thank you enough.”

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
If you have been diagnosed or suspect you may have one of the medical conditions starred above, you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies or treatments.
I prefer to meet clients for a free consultation prior to beginning hypnotherapy. I like to do this because I think it’s really important that you feel able to talk to me in order for me to help you best. It also provides a good opportunity for you to find out more about me and hypnosis and discuss things in greater detail.
Why not find out more and discover how hypnotherapy can help you with a 20-30 minute free consultation
There is absolutely no obligation to then continue to paid session work.
Standard one hour session: £55
I welcome payment by cheque or cash. Receipts are given for all payments.
