Helen Laws - Dhp, BSCH
Fully Qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and full member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnotherapy.
Clinical Hypnotherapy is a safe and effective form of therapy to help with conditions that may be holding you back, or causing problems in your life. For example coping with anxiety, overcoming a phobia or achieving your goals. By choosing to see a hypnotherapist, you are taking a positive step towards changing your life and looking forward to a better future.
I want you to feel supported and respected at all times. I understand that approaching a hypnotherapist may be a big step, and aim to offer therapy in an approachable, supportive environment.
By recognising that every client is different, I offer highly personalised sessions, ensuring therapy meets your needs in the way that is right for you.
You will always be given ample time to discuss your reasons for therapy, and the progress you are making. You will be kept fully informed about the work we will do in each session.
"Just wanted to thank you for everything you’ve done for me to get me to where I am today. I know it’s your job and you do this every day but to get me to where I am compared to how I was, is nothing short of incredible. You are a real credit to your profession and I really do appreciate everything you’ve done, so thank you very much” C, Leeds

Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
I prefer to meet clients for a free consultation prior to beginning hypnotherapy. I like to do this because I think it’s really important that you feel able to talk to me in order for me to help you best. It also provides a good opportunity for you to find out more about me and hypnosis and discuss things in greater detail.
Why not find out more and discover how hypnotherapy can help you with a 20-30 minute free consultation
There is absolutely no obligation to then continue to paid session work.
