About me

Hi, I’m Erika a Cognitive Hypnotherapist offering a compassionate, personalised space for emotional rewiring, nervous system healing, and trauma recovery.

There are times when emotions feel overwhelming and times when it’s hard to feel anything at all. You might carry stress, grief, burnout, or trauma that’s become part of your daily life. Whether you’re living with anxiety, emotional numbness, or experiences that are difficult to put into words, I offer a space where you can pause, breathe, and begin feeling more like yourself again.

I trained at the Quest Institute with Trevor Silvester, hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, and am a member of the British Psychological Society, and the National Council for Hypnotherapy. My therapeutic toolbox includes Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Compassionate Trauma Repair (inspired by EMDR), somatic tools, cognitive re-patterning, and Eye Movement Integration (EMI) - a gentle neuro‑therapy to safely reprocess trauma and reduce anxiety, tension, or sleep disruption.

There are no pre‑written scripts but a tailored approach with warmth, deep listening, and respect for your unique experience. Many clients notice meaningful change within a few sessions, finding relief from anxiety, overwhelm or low self‑esteem.

I offer a free 30‑minute online consultation, where we can explore what’s holding you back and how to move forward. If it feels right, we’ll start your sessions—one step at a time, at your pace.

You don’t have to have it all figured out, only to take the first step.

Book your free consultation today by emailing me, I’d be honoured to walk with you.
