About me
Debbie is a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist using solution focused techniques, these are gentle and effective methods to enable individuals to reach their best hopes and be the best version of themselves. We will work together to identify your ownbpersonal route to success.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy uses practical, modern and well researched strategies to help you make significant, positive changes in your life in a relatively short period of time with the focus always being on what you would like to achieve. Debbie can see clients online using Zoom, so every client can be relaxed in their own home or choice of location during the sessions. Face to face sessions are now available.
