About me

Sometimes life changes in a way you never planned for. An injury, a diagnosis, an accident, or a sudden shift can turn everything upside down and leave you questioning everything, feeling unsettled, and constantly on edge.

Having lived through a traumatic, life-altering injury myself, I know how disorientating it can feel. One day life is familiar, and the next you’re trying to work out how to get through it, physically, emotionally, and mentally, while everyone else carries on as normal.

If you’re dealing with trauma or adjusting to sudden change, you just want your mind to slow down, your body to calm, and things to feel more manageable again. Maybe you aren't sleeping, you're feeling overwhelmed, or are living in constant anticipation of what might go wrong next. Life feels hard.

My work is about helping you feel calmer and more in control, even when life feels uncertain. Together, we focus on settling your nervous system, easing the tension, and helping you cope more steadily with what’s happening right now. It’s about giving you tools that help you get through the process without feeling consumed by it.

Instead of feeling swept along by everything that’s happening, you can learn how to stay grounded, take things one step at a time, and respond rather than react. Many people find that when their body feels calmer, their head becomes clearer too - making it easier to make decisions, recover, and manage ongoing change.

You don’t have to know exactly what you need or where you’re heading. You just need support that meets you where you are, helps things feel less intense, and gives you space to breathe again.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a GHSC-accredited Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and the NCH Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma, having studied with InsideOut Wellness Academy. I am also certified in EDMR4 - Emotional Well Being.

I have experience supporting a wide range of concerns, with a particular focus on helping people feel calmer and more steady after life has shifted or become overwhelming. Everyone's situation is different but the common thread is supporting people who feel stuck in survival mode and want life to feel more manageable again.

Member organisations

GHR
The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC). Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level. All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

NCH
National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH)

The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members. There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.

Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

What is Unified Temporal Integration™  (UTI)?

Unified Temporal Integration is a specialised branch of Existential Hypnotherapy. While it encompasses traditional concepts like Past Life Regression and Life-Between-Lives, UTI operates on a grander scale, rooted in the principles of quantum physics and existentialism.

The Philosophy of "The Everything"

In UTI, we move beyond the limitation of "past lives." We work from the premise that the soul is a multidimensional traveler that has been everywhere and everything—spanning different lifeforms, dimensions, and systems of existence. We are immortal souls inhabiting "avatars" to navigate the unique realm of Earth.

Breaking Down the UTI Framework

Unified: This is our ultimate goal—to become whole. By addressing every choice, decision, and existence you have ever experienced, we bring them into a state of harmony. Integration is the process of reclaiming the fragmented pieces of yourself to become a complete being.
Temporal: Time is not a straight line; it is a landscape. Using the subconscious mind (and the gateway of the pineal gland), we can move forward and backward across time. However, "temporal" also refers to the Now—the state beyond time where the "between-lives" existence resides.
Integration: Your "concept of self" dictates your decisions, which in turn can shift you between different timelines, consciously or unconsciously. Integration is the act of weaving these diverse temporal experiences into your present consciousness to empower your current life.
The Existential Journey

Through the framework of clinical hypnotherapy, I help you open the gates to your own existentialism. This is a vast, grand space where you realize your ultimate agency. Here, you are not a victim of fate; you are a creator who chooses:

Who you are.
What you are.
Where you are.
Even in this "interesting" and often challenging era on Earth, UTI allows you to choose happiness and delight as you navigate the never-ending journey of the soul.

Further information

After a life-changing accident that resulted in a below-knee amputation, I came to understand first-hand how deeply sudden change can affect the mind and body. When life shifts overnight, even simple things can feel overwhelming, and the sense of safety you once took for granted can disappear.

Living with this has shown me how people respond in very real ways to difficulty - from shock and fear, to frustration, grief, and the need to stay constantly alert. I’ve learned how important it is to create a sense of safety before anything else, because without that, it’s hard to think clearly, rest, or move forward.

This experience shapes the way I work with clients. I’m mindful of how stress shows up in the body, how quickly people can slip into survival mode, and how different everyone’s responses are when they’re under pressure. I don’t rush the process or assume what someone needs. Instead, I focus on helping clients feel settled, supported, and in control of the pace, so change feels manageable rather than overwhelming.

My understanding doesn’t come only from training or theory, but from living through trauma myself and learning how small, steady steps can make a real difference when things feel hard.
