About me

I'm a Registered Hypnotherapist, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), and Accredited Counsellor working online with adults and young people who are experiencing issues such as anxiety, low self-esteem, stress reduction, relaxation and sleep issues, pain management, low confidence, habit breaking, fears and phobias, sport performance, smoke cessation, weight management, exam stress/anxiety, manifesting and resolving inner conflict.

I have both personal and professional experience supporting people with ASD and ADHD and understand accessing therapy can be more challenging at times, and am happy to make reasonable adjustments to accommodate your needs where able.

I offer sessions tailored to the needs of my clients online via Zoom. I find the majority of my clients feel safer and more relaxed in the comfort of their own home and feel they can relax easier into a state of hypnosis in their own familiar surroundings.

I combine a variety of therapeutic modalities, which allows me to create a completely unique service for each person, which is tailored specifically to you and your needs. I have experience working with both children and adults within my private practice.

I offer a free no obligation 30min telephone consultation so you can learn how I work, explore what you want and need from therapy and to check if I am the right hypnotherapist for you.

If you have any questions or would like to book a session, please get in touch.
