I’m Charlotte Bayliss, a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist based in Weston-super-Mare and trained with CPHT, supporting individuals and organisations to improve mental wellbeing, manage stress, and build resilience in both personal and professional life.
I hold a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Forensic Psychology, and I combine this academic background with the practical, evidence-informed approach of solution-focused hypnotherapy. My work focuses on helping people move forward by strengthening emotional wellbeing, improving stress management, and developing effective coping strategies grounded in neuroscience and positive psychology.
