At Blossoming Hypnotherapy, I use techniques that promote deep relaxation and positive suggestion, facilitating change at a subconscious level. I will guide you through each session with empathy and understanding, creating a safe space for you to work on the changes you want to make in your life. I offer one-to-one in-person hypnotherapy sessions and virtual sessions that allow you to experience the power of hypnotherapy from the comfort of your own home.
Hypnotherapy is a natural state of deep relaxation. We do this naturally when daydreaming. You will remain in complete control throughout the hypnotherapy sessions. Hypnosis can help change perceptions, thoughts, and beliefs through the use of verbal suggestions.
My initial consultation is free via phone call or virtual video call, where we can discuss your wishes and agree on a treatment plan if this feels right for you.

Managing stress and anxiety. - Anxiety and stress can affect both physical and emotional well-being. Hypnotherapy can help by reframing negative thought patterns associated with anxiety to create a greater sense of calm and balance in your day-to-day life.

Healthy eating - Hypnotherapy can help improve wellbeing and manage weight loss, unhealthy eating habits, and cravings, and can also help visualise success with healthy eating practices.
Preparing for exams, tests, and interviews - self-doubt, nerves, and pressure can make preparing for these events a stressful time. Hypnotherapy can help you to reinforce positive beliefs about your abilities, leading to greater mental clarity, a sense of calm and self-assurance.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have a Diploma in Hypnotherapy from Chrysalis Professional Training. I am a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society and am bound by the Professional Standards Authority, ensuring that my practice complies with these standards and ethics. I receive professional supervision for my practice and undertake training to ensure continuous professional development. I am signed up for the enhanced DBS update service.
I trained in hypnotherapy after experiencing the power of hypnotherapy myself. Well-being is important to me, and taking care of ourselves enables us to care for others. I am passionate about inclusion and belonging and have a particular interest in neurodiversity. I have a background in social care and a degree in this profession.

Member organisations
The National Hypnotherapy Society is a Learned Society whose primary purpose is the advancement of the knowledge of hypnotherapy and the fostering of professional hypnotherapy expertise through training, accreditation and continued professional development of their members. The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Additional information
My fee is £60 per session, which lasts approximately an hour and includes review and reorientation.
The exception is smoking cessation, which is a single, longer and more intense hypnotherapy session and costs £110.
