About me

I am a hypnotherapist who works with people who have been suffering from stress and anxiety and who feel they have lost their way in life. Often a fear, phobia or addiction may be holding them back and stopping them from moving forwards. My clients often say to me that they don't know how they got to this place in their life. They know they aren't happy there but they don't know what to do to make things better.

I help my clients to get back control of their lives, help them to regain their confidence and realise that the future holds so much more for them.

I chose to retrain as a hypnotherapist after my own anxiety led to physical health problems and a diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. “One of the things that helped me the most in my recovery was understanding how our brains work and why that can have such a huge impact on our wellbeing, both physical and mental and this is something I now share with all my clients”. Using my own experiences and training I specialise in helping people overcome anxiety and chronic conditions such as CFS, Fibromyalgia and IBS.

What sets me apart from other health care professionals is that I use a solution focused approach. I only focus on the future and how we can achieve positive outcomes rather than raking back through the past. I use a simple 5 step process which can turn people's lives around in as little as 6 weeks. I help them to understand why they are suffering the way they are, help them to set positive goals for the future, identify and undo any negative behaviour patterns that may be holding them back, create positive new behaviour patterns and habits and then lock those in for permanent change.

If you would like to find out how you can get your life back on track call or text me now on 07729 801 247 and book your free initial consultation.

Testimonials from my clients:

I don’t think there is anyone who wouldn’t benefit in some way or another from seeing Caroline! She has helped me to regain my self confidence and enthusiasm for life which had been gradually worn away through life’s daily trials. I have become more organised and have realised that negative beliefs are only beliefs which can be changed if you really want to change them.

Caroline has erased years of worry which had built up in my subconscious mind which was then impacting on my physical ability to
do things I want to do.

Caroline is a fabulous hypnotherapist whose professional, caring, insightful approach allows her to help you get to the crux of your issues and overcome them.

Sarah, Cambridgeshire

After a 28 year addiction to fizzy sugary drinks and in turn bad eating habits I decided I needed help. I had an informal and relaxing consultation with Caroline and decided that hypnotherapy may work. I couldn’t understand how I could not break this addiction as I have a good career, wonderful family and friends but Caroline explained about the brain, chemicals and thoughts and it all made sense. In a short time I have now broken my addiction and have no urge to drink another sugary drink. A combination of hypnotherapy, positive thinking methods and Caroline’s relaxation CD has worked. To be honest I still can’t believe it – my way of thinking has dramatically changed and I feel positive about the future and the prospect of a better diet and lifestyle. I am very proud of my achievement but realise I would have never been able to do this without Caroline’s help, guidance and support.

Caroline, Kettering

I would just like to say I went to Caroline feeling very low and lost. After a few weeks she got me back on my feet and going in the right direction. I really felt relaxed and having better nights sleep, thanks to her relaxing CD she gave me. Also the whole family gained by this CD, and also started sleeping better. I cannot thank her enough, and would recommend her to anyone, if you feel low and lost go and have a chat with her. The first time will cost you nothing, and then you can decide for yourself if she can help you or better still help you help yourself.

Peter, Thrapston
