There are times in all of our lives when we can feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck or simply disconnected from the person we want to be. Whether you're navigating a significant life change, looking to improve your wellbeing, preparing for parenthood, or striving for a healthier, more balanced lifestyle, taking that first step can feel daunting.
My role isn't to fix you, because I don't believe you're broken. My role is to listen, understand where you are today, and help you uncover the solutions and tools that already lie within you. Together, we'll build the confidence to create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
I believe lasting change happens when people feel heard, understood and empowered to take back control of their own lives, not judged. Every person is unique, which is why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all approaches. Our work together will always be tailored to your individual needs, goals and circumstances.
Every therapeutic relationship begins with a free discovery call. Training, qualifications & experience
My approach is built on a combination of professional training, clinical experience and personal insight, allowing me to provide holistic, person-centred support that is tailored to you as an individual. I believe lasting change comes from understanding the whole person: their experiences, strengths, goals and circumstances, not simply focusing on a single issue.
Alongside my work as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I have over 16 years' experience as a Registered NHS Midwife, supporting people through some of the most significant and emotionally demanding moments of their lives. This experience has strengthened my ability to listen without judgement, communicate with compassion and create a calm, safe environment where people feel genuinely heard, understood and supported.
My professional training also includes qualifications as a Reiki Practitioner, Mindfulness Practitioner and as a Personal Trainer. These roles complement one another, enabling me to take a truly holistic approach to health and wellbeing. I don't believe lasting health comes from punishment, it comes from understanding your body, your mind and your lifestyle, then building habits that feel achievable, enjoyable and sustainable. Where appropriate, I can combine hypnotherapy with relaxation techniques, healthy lifestyle guidance and practical behaviour change strategies to create a personalised programme that reflects your individual goals.
My own experience of hypnotherapy inspired me to pursue this career. Following cancer treatment, hypnotherapy became an important part of my own wellbeing journey, helping me to manage PTSD, anxiety and imposter syndrome, while rebuilding my confidence, reconnecting with running and rediscovering the motivation to live a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. Experiencing this first-hand strengthened my belief that meaningful change is possible when people are supported in a compassionate, holistic and empowering way.
I am committed to providing safe, ethical and evidence-informed practice. I regularly undertake Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and work within the professional standards and codes of ethics of my governing bodies, ensuring my clients receive professional, compassionate and up-to-date care.
I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to help you uncover the strengths, solutions and tools that enable you to move forward with confidence. My mission is simple: to provide professional, ethical and holistic support that empowers you to take back control of your health, wellbeing and future, one step at a time.

Every client begins with a free, no-obligation discovery call, giving us the opportunity to discuss your goals, answer any questions and decide whether we're the right fit for each other before you commit to any appointments.
Following your discovery call, I'll recommend the most appropriate option for your needs. This may be a standalone session or a structured programme tailored specifically to your goals. My aim is always to recommend what is right for you, not simply the longest or most expensive option.
Payment is required in advance to confirm your appointment, and full details of my booking and cancellation policy are provided before sessions begin.
My goal is never to keep you in therapy longer than you need. It's to give you the confidence and tools to move forward independently.
