About me
I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and I work from my home in Sidcup in a relaxing, private therapy room. I would love to welcome you and to work with you so you can become the person you really want to be.
I use a variety of Hypnotherapy techniques - we are all different - so your sessions will be tailored to suit you as an individual.
I work with most issues and specialise in Performance Anxiety (stage fright), Dental Phobia and Trichotillomania (hair pulling).
I worked for many years as a Dental Hygienist and used Hypnosis for my patients to overcome their fears of dental treatment. This was so successful that I decided to become a Hypnotherapist.
I trained with The London Hypnotherapy Academy and I am a member of The Association of Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP) and The National Council of Hypnotherapists (NCH).
I attend many different courses and lectures which, so far, have included Smoking Cessation, Weight Loss, Pain Management, Phobias and Sleep Disorders.
Perhaps you would like to be more confident in your work and social life, or you may want to book a holiday but your fear of flying is holding you back, don't let these problems spoil your life - do get in touch with me by phone or email - Hypnotherapy could help to change your life !
You may not have a specific problem but could be "feeling overwhelmed" by life in general - this seems to be the case for many people - we live in stressful times - once again Hypnotherapy can help you to feel calmer and more in control.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained with the London Hypnotherapy Academy and I am a member of the Association of Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP) and the National Council of Hypnotherapists (NCH).
Prior to this I worked for many years as a Dental Hygienist and completed a course of Hypnotherapy for Dental Phobia and I regularly used Hypnosis for patients.
I attend CPD courses and lectures relevant to Hypnotherapy so I can keep up to date and extend my knowledge.
