About me

Let me help you make the change! I am an experienced, fully qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist providing services for a range of issues such as anxiety, phobias and confidence. My private practice is located in a relaxing, tranquil, rural location. Book your initial consultation with no obligation. The consultation fee includes a free relaxation MP3.
Subsequent therapy sessions are scheduled weekly and last for about 50 minutes to an hour.
Remember hypnotherapy helps, so get in touch now and start finding your solutions to life's problems.

Please view my Blackwood Hypnotherapy website for more information about hypnotherapy.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully qualified and experienced hypnotherapist.
As a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, I trained at the prestigious Clifton Practice in Bristol, one of the foremost hypnotherapy training centres in the country.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a relatively new modality, using the very latest techniques, based on current developments in neuroscience.
By understanding and utilising how the brain works, therapy can help with a range of issues and problems, often with startling results.

As well as hypnotherapy, I also have counselling qualifications.

In addition to my role as a therapist, with counselling skills, I am also a fully trained, qualified and practising high school English teacher.
