I help busy mums and teenagers struggling with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, overthinking, and sleep problems to feel calmer, more confident, and back in control.

I specialise in solution-focused hypnotherapy for anxiety, stress, exam pressure, low mood, and overwhelm. My work supports both adults and teens who want to feel more emotionally balanced, think more clearly, and regain a sense of control in daily life.
My sessions are practical, structured, and forward-focused. We don’t dwell on the past — instead we focus on how your brain can change, what’s already working, and how to build simple strategies that create real, lasting improvement. You stay in control at all times.
Using gentle guided relaxation and evidence-based techniques grounded in neuroscience, I help calm the nervous system, reduce anxious thinking, improve sleep, and build confidence and resilience.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a fully qualified Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist, trained in neuroscience-based approaches to stress, anxiety, and emotional wellbeing, alongside clinical hypnotherapy and solution-focused techniques. I work safely, ethically, and effectively with clients experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, low mood, and confidence issues.
I also bring over 25 years’ experience in secondary education, with extensive safeguarding experience and a strong focus on supporting mental health and emotional wellbeing. This has given me a deep understanding of the pressures faced by both teenagers and parents in everyday life.
In particular, I understand how overwhelming life can feel for busy mums juggling multiple demands, and how intense exam stress and performance pressure can be for teenagers.
I provide a calm, confidential, and supportive space where clients feel understood and supported without judgement.
My focus is on helping you reduce overwhelm, calm anxious thinking, and feel more balanced, confident, and in control again.
