About me
My sessions are a space to pause, breathe, and begin the process of gentle change. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and led by you - creating a supportive environment where you can explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns at your own pace.
I offer both online and in-person sessions, allowing flexibility and accessibility depending on what feels most comfortable for you. Whether you’re looking for help with ADHD, stress, hormonal balance, confidence, or emotional regulation, every session is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Sessions typically last around 60 minutes, and new clients are invited to start with a free consultation to discuss their goals and see if hypnotherapy feels right for them. Together, we’ll explore tools and techniques that help you regulate your nervous system, create calm, and rewrite the brain’s pathways to make the world feel like a safer, steadier place.
Confidentiality, compassion, and psychological safety are at the heart of my work. I believe in building trust and fostering meaningful relationships, where you can feel supported, respected, and empowered throughout your journey.

Additional information
I believe that support should be accessible and tailored to each individual. My sessions are designed to offer high-quality, person-centred care at a fair and realistic cost. An initial consultation is offered free of charge, giving you space to explore your goals and see if hypnotherapy feels right for you.
Individual hypnotherapy sessions are £50 and last around 60 minutes. I also offer block bookings at a reduced rate of £180 for four sessions, providing ongoing support and continuity as you work toward your goals. Sessions for young people (45 minutes) are £40.
To keep my services inclusive, I offer concession rates for students, key workers, and those on a low income - because I believe early intervention and emotional support should be within reach for everyone. Each session is completely bespoke and led by you, offering a safe space to explore change at your own pace.
Further information
This work isn’t about me - but it may help to know what brings me here. My journey has been one of change, unlearning, and rediscovery. For much of my life, I masked my true self and fell into people-pleasing patterns, shaped by generational experiences, a late ADHD diagnosis, and early menopause.
I’ve navigated challenges, including growing up as the child of a teenage parent and surviving sexual assault. These experiences have shaped my empathy, resilience, and deep belief that healing is possible - and that therapy can transform how we see ourselves and the world around us.
Over the years, I’ve explored many approaches and found that hypnotherapy helps me ground myself and regulate my nervous system. It can gently rewrite the brain’s pathways, making the world feel like a safer, less scary place.
My hypnotherapy practice is person-centred, holistic, and collaborative, creating a safe space where clients can feel seen, valued, and supported. I aim to help people reduce fear, build resilience, and thrive in a steady, joyful life.
