About me
I'm a certified and accredited Clinical Hypnotherapist, recognised with multiple awards for my work supporting people in overcoming addiction and reclaiming their lives. My approach is both professional and deeply personal, I’ve walked the path of recovery myself, and that lived experience drives my passion for helping others heal.
I offer an integrative approach that blends clinical hypnotherapy with counselling and holistic therapies such as IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), psychosensory techniques, hypnobirthing, and optimum fertility hypnotherapy. I also specialise in working with trauma, anxiety, and panic disorders, offering personalised support that encourages deep and lasting transformation.
As a qualified meditation leader, I incorporate mindfulness and emotional regulation tools into my sessions to help clients build inner calm and resilience. I believe holistic health should be accessible to all, and I’m dedicated to creating safe, inclusive spaces for healing, whether in one-to-one sessions, group settings, or public speaking engagements.
Wherever you are on your journey, I’ll meet you there with empathy, experience, and a strong belief in your ability to thrive.
