About me

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist registered with the General Hypnotherapy Council, offering a calm, compassionate and deeply supportive approach for adults and young people aged 13+.

By combining Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with hypnosis, sessions work at both the conscious and subconscious level, helping clients create meaningful and lasting change often more quickly than with traditional talking therapies alone. While every individual is different, many clients notice significant shifts within just a few sessions, making this approach both effective, long lasting and cost efficient compared to longer term therapy models.

My approach is practical, evidence-based and tailored to the individual. Alongside CBT and hypnotherapy, I may also incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, visualisation and self-hypnosis techniques to support emotional wellbeing and help clients feel more empowered in daily life.

I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, stress, low confidence and self-esteem, smoking and vaping cessation, habits and behaviours, sleep difficulties, emotional overwhelm and navigating life transitions such as menopause.

Sessions are designed not only to help clients feel better, but to help them understand themselves more deeply and create lasting internal change. Clients also receive personalised recordings and practical tools to support progress between sessions.

My style is warm, grounded and non-judgemental, creating a safe space where clients can fully relax, feel heard and begin moving forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Sessions are available in person in Stamford at The Broad Street Practice and online via Google Meet.

The General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC). Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level. All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
