About me

Hello, I'm Adele, thank you for taking the time to read my profile.

Based in North Leeds, I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Mindfulness Coach. Specialist areas include:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Self-esteem
  • Confidence
  • Insomnia
  • Phobias
  • Helping you to regain control

Life can be very stressful,  we are constantly spinning multiple plates and sometimes life can feel overwhelming. Hypnotherapy can be used to help you regain control from stress in your life, boost your confidence and self-esteem or break any unwanted habits.  Sessions are designed to leave you feeling deeply relaxed.  Some of my clients say it's like a massage for the brain!

Online Hypnotherapy is just as effective as face to face. Sessions are held via a secure online platform (Zoom), which is very easy to use. Allowing you to hold  sessions in the comfort of your own home at a time to suit you.

I also offer face to face session every Tuesday from my therapy room in north Leeds.

I was introduced to hypnotherapy which I used as an aid to support me through the pregnancy and child birthing process and became really interested in this field after seeing the fantastic benefits first-hand. I'd love to help you find the solution to your problem.

Ready to make a change?  Call me on 0786 2255131 or send me an email at to book a session or ask me any further questions.

A selection of testimonials about the service I offer are shown below.

"I started seeing Adele via zoom in August 2021 due to suffering with chronic anxiety. I was really apprehensive and didn’t think it would work for me but thought I’d give it a try anyway.
It’s the best thing I’ve ever done I’ve gone from not been able to leave the house to now getting out and about all over and enjoying life again in the space of 4 months I’m so grateful
I look forward to our meetings Adele is so easy to talk with and her gentle kind nature puts you right at ease and in a nice relaxing state of mind
I would highly recommend Adele if you’re suffering with anything 😊"

"I went to Adele for help building my confidence as I look to change career. Just booking a session and turning up can be daunting for a lot of people, but Adele’s online booking system makes it easy, and when you get to meet her, you find she is passionate and caring and this puts you at ease immediately. She also gets results, helping me to make giant steps with my confidence in a short space of time. Thoroughly recommended."

"Adele was brilliant. I contacted her about the suitability of hypnotherapy for my 13 year old’s needle phobia. She gave me all the info I needed and answered all my questions prior to me booking sessions. I was present throughout all the sessions, by agreement of all 3 of us. During the sessions, Adele’s focus was on my daughter and she treated her as a competent individual, explaining everything to her and allowing plenty of time for questions. I would highly recommend Adele."

‘I can never thank Adele enough for all she has done for me. I have struggled for years with my relationship with food, I was always one of two ways; binge eating or dieting, never a happy medium. I thought I would visit Adele and she could give me hypnotherapy which will cure me, and I would finally be slim, little did I know that that wasn’t even the issue.

Adele has been amazing!

She explained hypnotherapy and how my food disorder formed, and I was amazed by how scientific the process was. The neurological explanation gave me confidence in the therapy and I was eager to get started. Adele never focused on my eating disorder but instead explained the effects of stress and negative thinking has on the body. Adele gave me a download to listen for going to sleep to help with me processing my thoughts and to ensure I have the right sleep, plus I visited her weekly.

She’s professional and friendly, genuinely caring about all her patients and offering any help she can. Like I said I originally went for my food disorder, but I finished my course with no more self-hate/criticism, but instead, it gives me self-love and positivity which has stopped me from having a negative relationship with food and I feel at peace with myself.

I got married a few weeks after my final visit and with the help of Adele, I felt amazing and had an extremely special day.

I recently had a very stressful period in my life, so I started listening to my download again. It’s great to know that I always have that safety net that will support me.

Adele is a pro and I’m genuinely sad that I can no longer visit because of moving away from the area because she is a lovely woman. She has given me not only hope for finally dealing with my negative mind talk but the ability to see the world with new meaning and confidence. I leave her beautiful sanctuary with hope and the inspiration to one day be able to help people in the special way she does. It is a true gift!’ x
