About me
Hello, I’m Abbi, a Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist (HPD, DSFH, BSc Hons), working with people of all ages both online and in person across Bristol and North Somerset.
I specialise in working with anxiety, stress, and related issues, and I am passionate about helping people move forward in their lives, make meaningful changes, reach new goals, and do things they may once have only dreamed of doing.
Neurodivergent individuals — including those with ADHD, autism, ASC, PDA, and Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) — are often particularly drawn to this approach. I have a special interest in this field, along with both personal and professional experience in supporting neurodiverse clients, and many of the people I work with identify as neurodivergent.
Alongside running my private hypnotherapy practice, I also work part-time as a nurse in primary care. Over more than 20 years in healthcare, I have specialised in supporting people with long-term health conditions, helping them make positive changes to improve their health and wellbeing. I am passionate about motivating and supporting people, especially when they feel stuck or overwhelmed.
I offer a warm, professional, and friendly service where absolutely everyone is welcome. My approach is inclusive, I am naturally non-judgemental, warm, and supportive. Sessions are often fun and enjoyable, and I am passionate about helping people feel at ease, relaxed, and supported as they make the positive changes they want in their lives.

(There is no obligation to book further sessions afterwards).
Sessions are £70 per session, or £360 when booking a block of 6 sessions (£60 per session).
Some insurance providers and employers may contribute towards the cost of hypnotherapy sessions. I am always happy to provide invoices, receipts, or supporting letters if needed.
