This SFTA training course is divided into eight fascinating modules with optional one-to-one support. You will have full access to a personal lecturer to guide you every step of the way if you choose. Whether you finish in three or six months, it's up to you. We do suggest you take your time and combine it with one-to-one practical tuition.

You will receive your Solution Focused Academy Hypnotherapy Certificate (SFHC) upon completing this course.
The modules in this course include written notes, instructional videos, quizzes, and micro videos demonstrating various techniques. In addition, you will have access to relaxation music and hypnosis tracks for personal use. Self-care is an essential aspect of the course.
While this is a comprehensive course, you may also read additional materials. We will provide you with a book reading list that aligns with the solution-focused approach. If you prefer a face-to-face course, please look at the classroom-based prospectus.
Upon completing the SFHC, you can join as a professional member of the Association of Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists, and Hypnotherapists (ACCPH).
