Relax and recharge: Free monthly relaxation on Zoom

Once a month I deliver a free relaxation session via Zoom.

Cameras and audios are switched off so attendees can relax in comfort. This lasts around 20 minutes and is delivered on the 3rd Sunday of the month at 8.30 pm.

These are guided visualisations set in beautiful natural surroundings such as a Mediterranean orange grove, an autumnal wood, or a beach on the edge of a pine forest.
