Overcoming grief and loss
Nobody needs to have died for you to experience grief and loss.
Grief and loss can have many causes, and take many forms. We are all different. And we all experience life events in different ways.
Sometimes it can feel as if someone has died, or a part of us has died, even without actual death.
Trauma, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and addiction can all cause us to feel grief and loss.
In this workshop learn how to recognise the symptoms, the causes and learn how to overcome grief and loss both effectively and permanently. Workshops take place in a relaxed atmosphere, and in a safe space for all to fully relax, enjoy, and learn all at the same time.
