About me
Hypnotherapy has been truly transformative in my own life, and this personal experience has inspired a deep passion for helping others create positive, lasting change. I believe wholeheartedly in the incredible power of the mind and the profound impact that hypnotherapy can have in unlocking one’s potential and fostering emotional wellbeing.
What inspires me most is the individuality of each client’s journey. I recognise that every person is unique, and I tailor each session to meet your specific needs, ensuring a deeply personalised and effective approach to therapy.
With extensive experience supporting individuals of all ages, I have had the privilege of guiding many people towards greater confidence, happiness, and fulfilment in their lives. My aim is to provide a warm, supportive, and empowering space where you can safely explore new perspectives and embrace positive change.
Based in the beautiful town of Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire, I offer both in-person and online sessions. This flexibility ensures that my clients can access therapy in the way that feels most comfortable and convenient for them, whether face-to-face or from the comfort of their own home.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills, awarded by the Prince’s Trust, which has provided me with a solid foundation in both the therapeutic principles of hypnosis and the essential interpersonal skills that underpin effective client support.
In addition to my core training, I have specialised in Hypnotherapy with Children, working extensively with both primary and secondary school-aged clients. This includes supporting children and young people with neurodivergent profiles, such as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). My work in this area has deepened my appreciation for the unique strengths and challenges each individual brings, and I tailor my approach to ensure sessions are sensitive, engaging, and empowering.
I also hold a current Emergency First Aid certificate and an enhanced DBS check, registered with the update service. These qualifications reflect my ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and client care.
As a registered member of the National Hypnotherapy Society, I adhere strictly to its ethical code of conduct and professional standards, ensuring that every client receives respectful, compassionate, and confidential support.

Additional information
All therapy sessions take place either face-to-face or in the comfort of your own home via video call. No special equipment is required, just a smartphone, tablet, or computer that can be used for video calls.
Your journey begins with a FREE 20-minute introductory call, giving us the opportunity to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and explore how hypnotherapy can help you create positive change. This is also the perfect time to ask any questions you may have about the process.
The next step is a 50-minute consultation, where I will conduct a thorough assessment to gather the information needed to create a personalised treatment plan and hypnotherapy script. This tailored script will include a relaxation phase, a deepening process guiding you to your unique “special place,” and positive suggestions designed to address your specific goals.
Your first full 50-minute hypnotherapy session focuses on guiding you into a state of deep relaxation, helping you access your subconscious mind to initiate the changes you are ready for. After the session, I provide a personalised audio recording of your hypnotherapy session, so you can continue the process at home at your convenience.
The number of follow-up sessions depends on your individual needs, the progress you make, and your personal goals. After your initial consultation, I will provide a clear treatment plan with guidance on how many sessions may be beneficial to achieve the outcomes you are seeking.
Further information
Children and Teens
I have a particular interest in supporting children and teenagers who may be navigating emotional or behavioural challenges. My sessions aim to help young people develop healthy coping strategies, build self-confidence, and feel more in control of their thoughts and emotions. I also work with children who experience difficulties such as exam stress, sleep disturbances, and habits like nail-biting or thumb-sucking, guiding them towards greater calm and self-assurance.
Women
For women, my work often focuses on helping clients manage the emotional and physical effects of life’s many transitions. This includes support around hormonal changes, fertility, and body confidence, as well as addressing issues such as overwhelm, self-doubt, and the pressures of balancing multiple roles. My approach provides a nurturing space for women to reconnect with their inner strength and sense of balance.
Professionals
I also work extensively with professionals who wish to improve focus, confidence, and emotional resilience in demanding environments. Hypnotherapy can be particularly effective for overcoming imposter syndrome, easing performance-related anxiety, and supporting positive mindset shifts that enhance both wellbeing and workplace success.
Across all these areas, my goal is to help each client build the mental and emotional tools they need to move forward with clarity, confidence, and calm.
