About me
Are you living with stress, feeling overwhelmed, maybe suffering from panic attacks, feeling anxious, lacking confidence?
Are you fed up with feeling TATT (tired all the time), struggling with insomnia or a sleep disorder like night screaming or sleep walking?
Do you have problems managing your weight, or are you worried that alcohol is affecting your health, your relationships? Do you want to finally quit smoking - for good?
It's time to stop... Stop worrying, stop struggling, stop relying on habits that hurt you, stop living with issues that hold you back.
It's time to make a change... To be the person you choose to be, not the person you happen to be.
And I can help you get there - as a clinical hypnotherapist specialising in stress and sleep issues, and a CMA accredited wellbeing coach, using structured sessions that support and guide you all the way.
Drawing on a range of established psychotherapy tools such as NLP, CBT, CBTi (CBT for insomnia), Solution-focused Brief Therapy, and combining it with the relaxed state of hypnosis, you will find your way to the real you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained with the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training, a highly regarded hypnotherapy training school at the forefront of modern hypnotherapy delivery. I have a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH), and have also attained the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD), considered to be the 'gold standard' in hypnotherapy.
I regularly attend continued professional development sessions to continue my training and expand on my interests in the field of neuroscience and hypnosis, as well as reading extensively around the subject. Most recently I have completed courses in CBTi (cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia), yoga and breathwork, and am now an accredited wellness coach (nutrition, movement, mind), and an art therapy practitioner.
I have developed my own hypnotherapy programmes to remove sugar dependency, lose/manage weight, quit smoking, get rid of fears and phobias, and written 3 books on stress management, mindset and wellbeing.
Alongside my practice, I regularly give talks to businesses on a variety of topics around stress management, building resilience, getting better sleep, and how to communicate effectively in teams.

The main aim of the AfSFH is to spread awareness of the benefits of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Its secondary aim is to support Hypnotherapists in their businesses by encouraging good practice and self-care.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
