How Does the Relaxation & Meditation Course Work?
In each session we will practice a variety of techniques. You will learn what the effects of specific methods are and how each technique works. As we explore different approaches, there will be an opportunity for questions and group discussion. You will also receive a comprehensive course manual.
With Who?
Diane Oxborough is a Certified and Registered Hypnotherapist, a Master Practitioner of NLP and a Master Time Line Therapist. She is also a Certified Life Coach and NLP Coach. Diane works with people who want to change unwanted ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.
