Supervision details
After twenty years as a hypnotherapist, I took the opportunity during lockdown to complete my supervision training and can now offer Professional Supervision to new and experienced qualified hypnotherapists.
My approach fuses solution-focused and interpersonal methods, helping you to be the best therapist you can be with all of your clients.
In supervision with me I'll help you...
- Deal with 'difficult' client sessions (we all feel stuck at times)
- Help you develop your professional competence so that you feel more confident as a therapist
- Ensure you're working ethically
- Help you identify any further training needs
- Keep check on your own stress levels that might interfere with the efficacy of the therapy you're providing (raised stress levels might hinder your ability to perform at your best as a therapist)
Supervision sessions can be done in-person or online and there is more info in my therapists' resource section.
It would be a privilege to supervise you and help you become an even better hypnotherapist.
Call me on 07921331707 or email me now.
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
